A $20 PINETOP/LAKESIDE TOWN VENDOR PERMIT IS REQUIRED, and APPLICATION & PAYMENT MUST BE IN TO THEM TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW!! YOU CAN CALL THEM FOR IT. IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY YOU CAN'T SHOW!!!

EXHIBITING AGREEMENTS: Read & Sign, signifying acceptance
Booth spaces will be issued on a first fee in, first served basis, accordingly to all craftsmen &vendors, without exclusivity. Spaces are outdoors on grounds,on grass. Roaming security will be on duty and available, each nite, but each vendor is responsible for his/her own items and space. You are responsible for getting your own, health permits (if food), and collecting, reporting and paying your own sales tax, and local vendor permit fee. If you use a free standing tent set-up, weights & staking is allowed. NO EARLY arrivals befor 6 AM SATURDAY to site! Set up & check in must take place by 10:00 am SATURDAYt or be considered no show, & cars removed before the time of 10:00 am opening morning, and no take downs before the closing time of 5pm of any day, Except 3pm Monday. The registered vendor, (no children or hirelings,) must be on duty at your booth at all times of fair operation. No pets allowed at booth site, unless approved. Personal conduct, school no smoking rules, on site, violation, complaints from patrons during the Fair as to misconduct, drinking, smoking, may be grounds for removal by the show coordinator. Reports of orders taken and not fulfilled by a vendor will deem him/her removed for future events & possible charges pressed.
UNDERSTANDING AND RELEASE:
I do hereby certify that I have read and understand the Fair conditions, carry my own liability insurance, and will abide by these agreements. I do hereby release and hold harmless, Dean W Schlosser, Sponsors, Blue Ridge Schools, Greater Grace F ellowship, Classic Celebrations, their agents, employees and representatives from any, and all acts of nature, claims, loss of revenue, loss or damage to products, and personal liability.
