1. Being at every Show, Fair, or Festival, where the promoter can be found and conversed with, if there is a problem or mixup!
2. A quick response to each request, either the same day or as soon as it is retrieved.
3. Rapid refund or transfer of fees, if cancelled within the time frame given in the show prospectus flyer.
4. Discounts to vendors who provide successfully paid up referrals.
